      Pros

      Great food, free meal when working and 50% off when not. Fast paced makes time go by quickly Paid break Great product

      Cons

      Work with a general manager and apprentice that spend 3/4s of their time in the office taking care of "paperwork" when other managers let you know there can't be possibly hours and hours of paperwork to do. Very hypocritical as they harp on you if you get on your phone or use the restroom for a minute if any customer is in line but will do the same.

      Pays more than most fastfood jobs free meal every shift very possible to move up in company (very laid-out, bottom-up path) huge learning experience good company to have on your resume high quality standards, they care about what they're serving

      Cons

      you will work hard, from beginning to end of shits very stressful during customer rushes very high pressure from not only management to perform impossibly well extremely corporate chain that drills their vision into your head, can be extremely annoying they quiz you all the time on policies and store vision and other corporate crap (irritating)
