flexible schedule, and that s about it.

Cons

The minimum wage has not changed, and the minimum wage was super cheap and not up to code, so I doubt it's changed.

Pros

Honestly, the coworkers and the regular guests. Some of the most down to earth and easy going people you'll ever meet.

Cons

I don't know if this is specific to just the hotel I worked at with this company, but the owner absolutely has no clue as to what he's doing. He's a straight idiot, verbally abusive, and essentially no training. And what training there is, it's video trainjng that's all very vague information. From choice hotels themselves

$500 reimbursement annually for staying a Choice branded hotel. Matching contributions to Health Savings Account. Matching contributions to 401(k), standard and Roth. Cultural Day to take at a time important to you that does not take away from vacation balance. Modified work schedule. Monday and Friday are remote.

Cons

No annual bonus unless above manager. No profit sharing. No stock options. Vacation time is use it or lose it and all vacation time (over 40 hours) for every employee expires on December 31.
