      Extremely under appreciated. Very negative environment

      Pros

      Can be great fun, great people (for the most part) on a store level.

      Cons

      Upper management is horribly confused on what it wants constantly getting different directions from all corporate higher ups. Mangers are payed terribly, while having a very wide range of responsibilities. No recognition for hard work or for going above and beyond job description, in fact you'll be lucky if they don't tell you your ideas are terrible, and then a week later send a mass email telling everyone to use said idea and claim it was there own. Speaking from personal experience.

      Pros

      Working with kids is great, its an easy job with reliable hours. Its a fun place to work, minus the coworkers and upper management.

      Cons

      Mismanaged at almost every level. Extremely drama filled. It's very frequent that you take your work home with you. The pay is awful. Not worth it for what you put up with. Long hours. Difficult to get time off.

      In the past I loved my job. It was a great place to work. I really learned how to become a great leader and an asset to others from what I learned

      Cons

      The Atlanta market needs a lot of attention and restructuring. This district is always understaffed when it comes to management. There is lots of drama that is created from my boss. There has never been any loyalty to the management teams in place. There is more turnover in the past several years than in the previous years.
