      Pay with benefits and a ladder in place to move up in the company. Good for a first job.

      No free time work too many hours not appreciated. hidden favoritism.

      There are no Pros to this, the only thing i have to say is, its a starter job... But they are no Pros to this

      The People, the hours, the money, the MANAGERS, everything there is horrible.. Take my advise... DONT WORK THERE!!!!

      Pros

      Meeting all the people that came to the locations. Making friends with the guests made most days bearable. Sometimes it was fun.

      Cons

      Hours were horrible Bad quality of life No time fore family Managers talked behind everyone's back. A senior assistant was hired at a larger salary than the GM...how is that fair? Jealousy is apparently a reason to call human resources. I worked in many locations, and whenever a manager or cast member didn't like something, they would call HR and fabricate a lie about whoever they were angry with that day. I would go home and cry just about everyday because I was doing what I was told and nothing was good enough. I had a manager who didn't believe another girl was pregnant until she went into labor standing at kid check...and her baby almost died because she couldn't leave the restaurant to get to the hospital. Favoritism runs rampant in all locations even when they say it's wrong. I'm so glad I got out when I did...
