Pros

It is a great concept, fun atmosphere for the most part. Satisfying to develop young adults and seeing them succeed at work, and after they have moved on is great.

Cons

The company's main focus is labor! This is the one and only constant that never changes. In turn this takes away from the guest's experience, along with employee and management job satisfaction. Getting a raise, even for a well performing store is scarce!

Pros

Very accommodating to employees who have school or can only work limited dates, which is fine because this is a part time job. Requests for time off are usually approved for vacation. Promote within.

Cons

Not a lot of balance for personal life. You usually work way more than 50 hours you are required to work. No labor EVER so you and your team is always spread thin and stressed out. Base salary is poor.
