      Company has good profit sharing.

      The company does not offer a 401K Match

      Thank you for your feedback. We are very proud to offer profit sharing as we are 100% employee-owned. However, that means that we do not offer the option for 401k matching. We do offer a traditional 401k, Roth 401k, and ESOP options.

      There's a lot to learn and people are willing to teach you. Depending on the client you work with life will be good. The people are good to work with.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not the best. Lots of traveling

      Willing to take a chance on people with no experience Potential to grow if you are willing to relocate to Maine

      Employee Stock Ownership cannot be taken out of the company until you are 55 - won't earn interest after you have left the organization - personally losing $$$ as I wait to get old instead of making money in the market Senior HR management started out as receptionist/recruiter and only knows HR from working for this employer All about Maine. If you do not have connections and do not like the state of Maine you are limited in your ability to grow within the company Have to be related to someone to belong in Senior Management
