Pros

It’s a good place to get your foot in the door. If you like travel, you’ll get it.

Cons

Corporate only cares about themselves and the progress of the job. Leadership and corporate personnel make this place a joke. They won’t even change/do things when it benefits them, more like if it DOESN’T benefit YOU, then that’s the best choice. Competitive pay? Ha! Good one! You even ask and they’ll push you out the door or give you a round about reason why you don’t deserve a penny more even if you’ve been there for 5 years. Have a concern? Think things look sketchy? Don’t waste your breath. This place literally gave out a safety coin after an osha recordable.

Pros

People: 9/10. Pay: 8/10 in Maine Flexible in moving you where you want to go.

Cons

Career Advancement: 4/10 Slow to promote, easier/faster for them to hire in upper positions Pay: 6/10 Out-of-State Training: 4/10. They'll train you but only after a year and a half of asking project management and one day of your superior remembering to make the call to actually set it up.

Pros

Still thinking of the pros...

Cons

Less than Adequate pay, per diem, insurance, respect, and safety. Safety is only on paper, they literally go in the exam room with "Non-English" speaking "team members" and advocate for treatments that are not considered "OSHA Recordable" to keep their mod rates low. Things like messages instead of physical therapy, over the counter meds instead of what they really need. (the over the counter are expensive and out of pocket while prescriptions are at least partially covered. Its not about your safety its about the bottom line.
