      Great stepping stone, but not a place to spend a career Good educational experience

      No clear communication on what the expectations are They would rather hire a new employee then promote from within Upper management is in bed with several companies which does not allow you to preform proper buyout Clock counting happens daily Disgruntled atmosphere Vesting period very long Upper management does not hold to their work Very poor craftsmanship Attempting to hide craftsmanship flaws happens constantly Healthcare is expensive If you have a degree from MMA you will do great things Play favorites if parents are in the company

      decent money.people i worked with decent bunch.

      to much to list. they lie to you about the job you were hired in do due. A s far as i am concerned any company that has to ask there employees to find people to wok for them because they can not find enough skilled people to work for them is not that great company to work for.

      Company had plenty of work to keep me busy. Has dedicated employees

      Cons

      Company doesn't care about the workers as it should, I was just a number. Low wages compared to the union guys that are doing the same work. Benefits didn't compare either. Training is way below what I receive now. I should have joined the IBEW years ago!!!
