*Work Life Balance *Benefits *Cross-training opportunities *Unlimited PTO (you are encouraged to take it) *Surprisingly Family Friendly *Tuition Reimbursement

Cons

*Opportunities for upward movement aren't easy to be considered for even if, you're considered a top performer *If your position is created, you're at risk for lay off. *Two weeks notice is given in advance of layoff to look for internal roles but the opportunities aren't there. Overall not a bad company to work for

Pros

Very little pros for this company. HR will not offer you what you are worth.

Cons

Very high turnover. Only way a manger or above answers a question is with another question. Come on, not everyone needs to work on critical thinking skills with every single question! The turnover is so high the previous leads would agree one on strategy, then the new comers would put up a huge road block and not move forward. Some time ago the Pres wanted almost 5000 people to relocate to Houston, Then when they found out how many would not relocate, they took back the mandate (or the door would be closed for you). Run far far away from this company.

Pros

Good benefits - vision, dental, 401k, ESPP, parental leave + adoption assistance, $10k annual tuition reimbursement, $350 annual health and wellness benefit, $150 annual financial insight benefit. (Mostly) Good people - Everyone is friendly enough. Most individuals are industry veterans and willing to help you understand the product portfolio or be successful in your role. GREAT CEO - Long tenure, admirable leader, tuned into the company and its people.

Cons

Very political. Sometimes your biggest obstacle is your VP. HR not your friend. Confidential conversations not maintained confidential. Quotas are set high. Difficult to transition into roles outside of your org or current function. Long cycle to title promotion. Work life balance OK at best. Quiet rounds of layoffs so there are no reports of "mass" layoffs.
