      Great culture overall within the company, great benefits, and opportunity for career growth if you have a supporting management.

      Cons

      Work load is strenuous which doesn't leave room for career growth. Lack of support from upper management to branch out and set career goals.

      Was a great place to work. Not anymore.

      Cons

      Not enough pay for the job performed. Concern among current employees regarding job outsourcing to India. Company does not care about it's employees, only about making/saving money. Employees leaving and new hires not being approved to backfill positions vacated. CEO, Gary Smith, hides on the 3rd floor and never comes down to communicate with the employees on the other floors. Guess he thinks he's too good to associate with the worker bees. Remember Gary, it's the worker bees that have helped your reap the financial success YOU are enjoying. Real shame.

      flexible hours. good and mature team members. Releases are planned appropriately. work-life balance is very good.

      Cons

      divide and rule culture, information hiding culture so that non-technical management can show they power. low or average pay perks and benefits, Not much exciting work, Low motivation levels All 401k management candidates.
