The only benefit is fully remote

They remote and have decent health insurance.

Cons

Being fully remote your time will be booked for the full 8 hours sometimes in meeting. Which does not leave time for innovation or thinking. However, your input is not regarded. Senior management is clueless the listen to a chosen few. I was gaslighted out my position and management listened to the individual with no experience. HR is useless when problems arise you are on your own if your manager quits or you get a new manager. They allowed an employee to be verbally abusive to another employee with no reprucussion. That speaks volumes.

Cons

Multiple rounds of layoffs Lack of sound processes Total disregard for employees Product is filled with bugs and not enough people to fix them Complete lack of communication or interest from anyone with the word "Chief" in their title. Unengaged, fearful employees Work culture is the worst I've ever seen
