Cons
This whole company is a disorganized mess from leadership down to the software they use. The leadership has no idea what they are doing, everyone has grand plans but nothing ever gets done. Those in charge of the product change their mind about the direction on a weekly basis and require that you change your attention to the next shiny thing they think is neat. The code base is outdated, disorganized, and almost unusable in some regards. This company totes itself as a software company but is more interested in hiring sales and product people than focusing on their engineering team. In the short time I worked here there were 3 rounds of layoffs and I still see the writing on the wall for this company it is sinking fast. I do not see a future for anyone here so stay away if you can. There are also limited growth opportunities which make it hard to advance your career and no one is interested in helping you grow career wise.
