I think some teams are happy here, but stay away from anything on the CS team. It's a sinking ship with high turnover.

-Unlimited vacay -Remote friendly - Culture was good in the past, but dramatically changed (no longer a pro)

Cons

-Pay is significantly lower than industry standards -Poor leadership and constant conflict between C-level employees leading to mixed messages to subordinates about tasks, projects etc - High turnover (burning ship effect) -Constant poorly managed restructuring attempts -Nonexistent product strategy and vision -A lot of ideas but no execution
