      At Circle, you have the ability to work in your field and help others achieve the greatest gift: parenthood. You'll work at the best surrogacy agency out there, and still feel like you work at a small agency. You have direct access to Senior Management who encourage your thoughts and ideas.

      Cons

      If you do not work well either being remote, or working with remote teams, this might not be the best environment.
