Pros
I've been working for Circle full time for a year now and working for the agency is like working with family, employees are looked after, cared for and everyone is treated with respect at all levels. The initiative to help others in need is rewarding in itself but to do so for a company with such a positive culture is just an added bonus.
Cons
Circle is growing and with that there are always some growing pains, there are some areas where a few more staff members may be needed but I think this will come with time.
