Pros
Great pay and benefits, paid vacation time as well as sick days and national holidays, ability to move up in the company, close knit community, many employees have experience as donors/surrogates/parents through IVF or surrogacy themselves adding a personal touch to the work we do, company focuses on recognizing and appreciating employees for their hard work and determination
Cons
Though the hours are 9-5, babies are not born 9-5 so it does require being available during off working hours/days sometimes; because of this, employers are usually flexible with needing time off
