Very good product offerings - customers matter - able to help the community and assist customers meet their financial goals - we are making a difference in our community - very strong executive team

Cons

The HSA high deductible insurance plan has been a true hardship for some employees

Thank you for your review. Each year Citadel reviews benefit offerings. It is Citadel's goal to provide benefits that are competitive with our peers. This year Citadel has been able to offer Rally, a wellness platform that allows employees to earn rewards for completing health oriented initiatives. Employees can earn up to $400.00 in rewards.
