Good PTO, some nice co workers that could certainly turn into life long friends.

Cons

Not worth it, you could go somewhere else & make more money! They don’t truly care about you or your growth. Work life balance is trash. Senior leadership is a joke, a bunch of bullies reminding you what they say goes & nothing else matters. Too many cheifs, not enough Indians. No care for the lack of help in your departments. Constant issues.

You work remotely, and they provide a laptop and a charging deck. They also have nice windows at the HQ.

Cons

Well, if you look at the reviews based on a diverse group already tells you everything you need to know. Think about it, they were cited for basically redlining in 2025! Like, are you serious? Look up the press release on how they cut off access to credit to diverse groups, and were fined millions is insane. Now, if you are unfortunate enough to get a low-paying job here, prepare to be micromanaged, unvalued, and you better make sure you ask to go to the bathroom or your "manager" will get upset. The management here, from top to bottom, is an absolute joke. TRUST Me its that bad. Do not do it to yourself.

Full-time work from home with equipment provided.

Cons

Managers are fake as hell don’t want to see you grow. Very micro manage have to ask permission to use the restroom. The seniors are nasty and racist god bid you have an issue you’re met with attitude. And if a customer calls you out your name you have to take the abuse! And No one cares about your mental health. You’re the last to know about any promotions that they have on going. If you tell a member the truth your the problem and they are quick to fire and write you up. In order to get a promotion you have to be in the golden circle.
