This is a small shop. There are not a lot of opportunities to move up or move to a different department.

Progressive company with steady growth over multiple years, in spite of the economy. Treats employees fairly. Offers a great deal of training, and promotes from within regularly. Fitness center and cafe in headquarters building. Great location with easy access to turnpike and major routes. Central to the Exton Mall and lots of nearby restaurants. Walking paths in the corporate park.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities are more concentrated at the non-exempt and non-management levels than at the exempt and management levels. Some Senior Managers tend to be too involved in general operations and business administration tasks.
