      Pros

      I have worked for Citadel for over 15 + years and I continue to be extremely satisfied with my overall position and the interest they have taken in me as an individual for career pathing purposes. The atmosphere at Citadel is extremely friendly and gives you the feel that you work for a smaller family run business.

      I dont have any negative to say about this company.

      Pros

      Citadel is a growing company, with lots of opportunity for advancement. They have a lot of all staff events where you get to meet people that work in different departments.

      Cons

      some times the different departments do not communicate the way we should. But it has gotten better in the last few years.

      Pros

      Citadel cares about their employees. We are given excellent training and competetive benefits. Citadel is an extremely sound company that is growing in and outside of Chester County. I feel very secure in my job which is such a blessing in today's economy.

      Cons

      Sometimes working with the public can get frustrating but it can also be rewarding. The salary is slow to grow but you can't beat the benefits.
