Pros
Health insurance was amazing as long as I had my business taken care of at Citizens it cost me nearly nothing. There is a parking garage so your vehicle doesn't sit out in the Texas heat all day.
Cons
Terrible work-life balance. Those in charge expect your soul in return for a very minimal salary The Doctors are a-holes and the Nurses (Like all nurses) feel they should be praised simply for making the decision to become a nurse. Doctors make all the decisions or they send patients to other hospitals. The administration knows they do this so they kiss their behinds in hopes they don't cost the hospital profits . Profits are ALL they care about You will likely never get a raise
