      Management doesn't care about its people

      Pros

      They have many locations and similar products to all banks. They provide training. They often give promotional offers to try and lure customers.

      Cons

      Only care about getting new customers and revenue. Management doesn't care about employees, just sales results. Fosters an environment where you need to fight with peers over customers and sales. They have uncapped incentives because unless your in a high traffic area you will never get any.

      Overall a great company to work for

      Pros

      Great benefits and pay and they do offer bonuses

      Cons

      The bonus structure can be hard to meet. The goals are not designed to be met. It feels like they are designed to make you fail. Overall I loved the time that I worked there but it was very stressful having goals the way we did in a time of covid where people were not coming into the bank. they also shortened our hours so it made it impossible for people to get in if they were at work during the day.
