      Pros

      Pay decent and hours are good but not when you have to stay late 2x out the week

      Cons

      Too much sales pressure , feeling like your never good enough, changing sales ways, a lot of bullying and passive aggressiveness. Senior employees seem annoyed when called upon for help. Partners not willing to work to expectations make it hard to make a sale. Then when called upon it's always your fault

      The “Banker” hours are good.

      Cons

      Multiple Robberies that were covered up and swept under the rug. Other branches had no idea, low pay, nepotism, technology is horrible. They have so Many systematic problems. One day no ones direct deposit posted so that should tell you what type of bank this is. I have nothing to good to say about This company at all. I quit after being robbed 3 times. I wasn’t offered time off or compensation. I was actually asked to come back to work the next day, early after being robbed. When I quit the $800 I put into employee stock was taken and not returned. Stay away from this company. Branches are closing and they are not competing with big banks.
