I thought this would be a good company to work for and when push comes to shove they give you the run around.
Pros
Flexible hours, open 7 days a week So far when I have requested time off it has been given to me.
Cons
They are more interested on sales instead of operations. The place can be falling apart but they want you to focus on sales, sales, sales. There has been times that we have been short staffed and it has taken months to replace the person that left or got fired. We have a baseline that we have to meet and it is ridiculous before we can make any money, if you don't have a person giving you loans to process it is beyond difficult to meet the baseline, you have to over work yourself just to make some money. Some are in supermarket branches and we have to do aisle time, try to get people to open accounts. It gets to a point where we are practically begging customers to bank with us.
