There are a lot of long-tenured employees who are set in their ways and unwilling to perform functions outside of their day-to-day; company portrays an image of technological strength and nimbleness, but this is a bank after all.

Managers do not like helping other teams. Lack of teamwork. Good luck getting a vacation week off unless you have been with the company for a century. You get spoken to like garbage by the branch colleagues and managers and no one cares. The quality team is clearly bored because they nit pick on your call obs. Raises suck. You will leave your shift feeling defeated / miserable. Good luck going to the bathroom you need a Dr note if you ever want to pee when your not on break,
