Pros

Compared to the other firms I worked for, Citizens Bank has a more friendly work environment.I didn't see massive layoffs around me even during the worst economic times.

Cons

This bank hasn't been much profitable since the financial downturn in 2008.The UK government owns 83% of its parent company RBS that is still taking big losses on bad acquisitions and bad loans.

Pros

Results oriented; fast-paced and competitive. Good in marketing to consumers. Good customer service in some of the branches. Clever brand message.

Cons

Insecure corporate culture and immature personality of leadership. Short-term driven. Change of organization quite often. A lot of workload and long hours.

Pros

I learned alot and was given many opportunities. I found a position that fit better for me elsewhere but this was a good starting point for me.

Cons

Many times the communication between management and the regular staff was lacking. I think they could improve by opening up more lines of communication.
