      Absolutely nothing comes to mind!!

      Probably the worst environment I ever worked in (i.e., Dog Eat Dog and Cut throat). They absolutely treat their employees and customers like dirt. Churn and burn is the name of the game here and young upstart Managers know nothing about building relationships, particularly when it comes to business banking.

      Good benefit package, flexible hours depending on you manager

      Cons

      All of IT is being outsourced to India, very little knowledge transfer happening so this place is going to be an absolute mess for about a year. Way to be patriotic citizens, fire all your US based IT people and hire foreigners!
