Management does not care unless you produce numbers. Even if you do. They will sell you getting your bonus over a raise and not even give yearly raises. I had a part time teller who would cover full time for other peoples vacations not receive a raise for 2 years straight. When I confronted management about this. They said well other people do the same thing. TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC. They will send out their quarterly earning making 500 million in net profit then say you dont deserve a raise. As Bruce makes 20+ million a year to do next to nothing. Bruce, Brendan Coughlin and all of upper management are frauds who only care about the share holders and their bonuses.
