Pros

Great people, friendly atmosphere, more serious about volunteerism and local community support than most big banks. Manager that have gone above and beyond.

Cons

Inconsistently applied policies and procedures; needs (and is applying) changes to organization of different areas of business.

Pros

Citizens truly cares about the customer and the colleague. They have shown it in so many ways through things like Community services or flexibility with the colleagues personal life. They acknowledge ones options/views and you truly feel like part of a family.

Cons

I wish they were a little better about work from home opportunities
