Pros

I find the overall support I get from management and above to be amazing! Everyone is willing to help you with any challenges you have and this has been the best place so far that I have ever worked.

Cons

So times you have t work long hours but this is the way things go sometimes in banks.

Pros

All of the staff I have met are very friendly. The facility is nice and clean, and the company tries to be efficient in as many ways as they can. Many areas to grow, and the company encourages career growth which is good for people who have a "go getter" attitude.

Cons

More work to be done on It Infrastructure. Getting access to programs and reports required to do work does that a while even if requests are made prior to the person starting the job.
