Bad pay, hard to get fired

Pros

Hard to get fired, and they do not request a lot out of a person. You get a lot of vacation days and decent benefits.

Cons

Not growing, Poor colleague compensation. They are currently only focused on cutting costs and are a step behind in innovation and advancment

Pros

Good internal movement. I have had 3 different positions in 3 years. Management listens. A lot of internal changes and employee events starting up. Great for team building!

Cons

Only good if you are located in the Rhode Island offices. Anywhere else and you are removed from the culture.
