Bonding with hardworking, low level engineers

Cons

Toxic work culture, full of gas lighting, blame shifting from leaders, 10+ hours a day, asked to work Saturday and Sunday, no overtime pay, or bonuses. Extremely high turn over rate for engineers, associate to principle.
