Pros

Expansive company with many ways to grow. They try and make sure the work that you do fits your strengths. One of the few companies I've found with a consistent growth pattern and are leaders in their industry. That being said, expect to be challenged. I've found them open to ideas and change. If you are patient you will grow with them. Great work environment. They take the time to appreciate their employees.

Cons

It takes time to prove your experience (which is true anywhere). So be patient.

Pros

In the process of helping customers and stocking shelves, you gained a wealth of knowledge about restaurant equipment.

Cons

You didn't really learn anything about management. You were simply used as another employee to help stock shelves.
