Pros

1. They supply nice break rooms 2. Free coffee (which is actually chicory a root ground up to imitate coffee for less cost), soda 3. Nice facilities 4. Great benefits 5. Many times they will supply a company vehicle

Cons

Where do I start....... 1. They base the their business solely off of a "DiSC" profile. The "I" is lowercase for a reason. If you have it in your profile what-so-ever you are doomed! By the way, the "I" is your interpersonal. If you are a human being with any kind of feelings or emotions. 2. I have heard on numerous occasions "BURY THEM!" this was common talk among management when dealing with subs...... 3. You are hired with a job description, and that is the last time you will see a clear understanding of what you are expected to do.... If you are hired as a designer, you will do project management. If you are hired as an IT, you will do shipping coordination... and so on and so forth. 4. One you (obviously fail) at doing the job you weren't hired to do, they will treat you as awful as they possibly can, in order for you to quit. Now, if you decide to be thick skinned, and hang in there. They will continue demoting you until you are cleaning toilets and cant make ends meat..... Again, until you quit. 5. I have on multiple occasions heard the Owner berate, belittle, and down right break every code of ethics to employees right in front of their entire team. 6. You will be hired as salary and expected to work well over 40 hours with no pay.

Pros

The work schedule was nice.

Cons

Day 1 of working I was provided very little training on what to do, but rather was expected to know how to do it. Asking questions was frowned upon. Very little feedback was given as to your progress or performance. About a month into being hired I was asked to make a decision that was unethical and refused to do so. About a day or two later I was gone. The fact that I was trying to support my wife and daughter was of no concern - people are treated as pawns.

Pros

Company will buy snacks Fun activities and events organized by company Growing company

Cons

Despite of all the pros I mentioned it’s my sincere advice PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. This company would hire people like crazy and would leave you so easily as nothing has happened. If you would be hired please do not take this company as your long term option. This is the worse place to work. I was hired and my coworkers already warned me about the culture and how easily they get rid of people so please even if you see some good reviews, they tell their favorite employees to post it. Their 60 days probation means you’ve no job security at all. They expect you to do and learn everything in 60 days. You would be surprised that their upper level managers sometimes won’t be able to answer the questions you have in your training. The upper level management is horrible. They have fresh graduates as their managers but you would be surprised that they won’t be able to answer you any questions or issues. Please do not waste your time in getting hired by this company and wait for your 60 days probation period. They would hire you as quick as you expect and would get rid of you the same way. They are for sure losing some good people by this weird strategy.

We're sorry to hear that you felt like you didn't have adequate support during your time with Clark. Our goal is to hire and retain as many employees as possible to keep up with our growth, however, we also want to make sure the role is the best fit for both the company and the employee during those first 60 days which is why you may have seen people moving on during that time. Your feedback has been shared with our management team for further review.
