      Great hours, Holidays off (Paid), Flexible.

      Cons

      Training is terrible. Feels like you are stuck in high school with management who was never popular and finally found something they were good at. They all now stick together and make life miserable for young people trying to develop a career path. Awful benefits compared to other companies. I only bring home a little more than half of my yearly salary because you are treated like a puppy with vet bills your first year of employment. SUCH A JOKE!

      Pros

      Good co-workers. I feel bad for the friends that I still have working there. Got to try samples of some of the food that was prepared for photos on the website.

      Cons

      Upper Mgt Culture: Egotistical. Love showing off how much more they know than newer employees. Misleading. All employees are viewed as temporary, except the execs. STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY!

      Management is horrible. I was fired after just two weeks. When I asked for support or how to improve I was brushed off. Not much diversity. I was the only minority of my ethnicity.
