Pros

Great perks to working in the food industry! Lots of fun events at the corporate campus that make a fun workplace culture. The workflow is fast paced and challenging with room for growth. Since the company is growing so quickly, a lot of the employees are in their 20s/early 30s.

Cons

I don't necessarily think this is a con because it's great to be continuously busy at work but sometimes it was hard to put 100% focus on every task because of my workload.

Pros

They are a fast growing company with financial stability. Their health insurance benefits are pretty good and they have a great 401k plan. They periodically give employees t-shirts, sweatshirts and other things. We have had food trucks and ice cream trucks come on site for us to enjoy lunch. Clarks have a nice holiday party in March for employees and spouses which is a nice night out with plenty of food, live music, games, door prizes. They are constantly looking to improve and listen to their employees suggestions. Twice now they have had a physical therapist come on site to work with employees on how to prevent work place injuries.

Cons

The pay could be better but I guess that is a complaint anywhere you work.
