Pros

The pay is good and the great people on my team were the sort that would leave a muffin on your desk if you were ever having a bad day, They give away vacations to top places around the world that I would have only been able to experience with them; swimming with sharks, staying at an overwater villa, or having your own guide and car visiting ancient ruins. Also, they have many small events with frequent free food!

Cons

The work can get monotonous and dealing with the errors of others can be stressful. Often there is a foul smell emanating from the break room from frequently burnt popcorn. Many of the meetings could be emails.

Pros

Amazing opportunities to explore the world, great sales opportunities with knowledge Co workers and travel agent customers that are passionate about sales and travel, and friendly high spirited work environment that is constantly evolving and growing.

Cons

Not for the person who doesn't like to challenge themselves to reach sales goals or person who has difficulty multi tasking in fast paced call center environment.
