      Pros

      I met some great people, sorry to leave them behind.

      Cons

      Dysfunction from top to bottom. Hostile environment starts in the Executive Suite and infects the rest of the organization. There is one long time executive who's roll changes constantly. He thinks it's because he's a super star. Truth is, he causes major chaos in any group that reports up to him and in the end teams of people are required to clean up behind him. The fact that the Chairman keeps him on is mind boggling.

      Horrible Company - Run, Don't Walk Away

      Good benefits, most employees are pretty great too be around

      Cons

      Everything. No raises, except for management CEO is a horrible person, which translates to all management is horrible. Overtime is not managed well...work it at all costs and don't complain Don't question authority Answer your phone, at all hours, no exceptions

      Good coworkers, decent pay/benefits and a predictable job routine.

      Cons

      Dysfunction from managing branch, difficulty in getting needed supplies, poor communication among branch personnel, poor advancement opportunities.
