Clean Harbors reviews

Worked for the company for a long time. Only received 2 raises under the Clean Harbors Leadership. The Quarterly Company Review e-mails are a joke. They keep saying that the company isn't doing well, but he continue to purchase companies to add to his portfolio. Was told that the money for the company purchase comes out of a different pocket, but it doesn't make us feel any better, when we get the e-mails on the new acquisitions. The CEO doesn't care. The people around him are "Yes" men. No one challenges him. Why? Because they will never be able to make the kind of money at a "real" job. This company is extremely top heavy. They worry about the smallest thinking like, what color shoe strings the guys in field should wear in their boots. That's only because they can't make any Upper Management decisions, because the CEO won't let them. He has to approve every little thing, including the font on the letterhead. If you do decided to get a job here, ask for more money then they are offering. It might be a while before you can get a raise.

Management, pathetic benefits, HR dept is very unreliable.
