Pros

Most of the employees are friendly.

Cons

I am supposed to be full time but do not always get full time. Insurance does not even help with prescription costs until deductible is met. Need better equipment and real on the job training.

Pros

You will gain a lot of valuable experience in environmental services through out a wide array of industries. If you are rasonably responsible and intelligent you can pretty quickly move up to an extent.

Cons

Benefits aren't great and the company is very stingy with pay and pay increases. Big corporate mindset leads to a huge disconnect between the people making the decisions and the people actually performing the work.

Pros

It a job and you will make good money for the area if you can hang. Trouble is most people can NOT hang.

Cons

12 hour shift work on an A or B shift. Every week they ask for volunteers to work overtime. You will work 60 hours plus at this job doing work that is in full PPE all day long. Top it off with the work you are doing is some of the nastiest stuff you can imagine. If you have a high gross out or gag reflex you will not last long. Actually no one last long as the place has and over 50% turn rate per year.
