The CEO is clueless about running a business and has surrounded himself with family, friends and yes men. He yells and they act. There is no leadership. Change for the sake of change, because we won't be accused of not trying something. That's how you manage when you have no background and you're too insecure to listen to and engage those who can really add value. This company is losing everyone of value, and the people who are realied upon to get the work done because they don't value employees. You won't get a raise unless you're a VP, and you hold your breath at the end of each year hoping they don't take away too many benefits.

Its a job that you can get certified and trained for a better job elsewhere. The management in HR is not well informed and shoot from the hip. The company has a 95% turnover rate for recruiters within the first 18 months. They don't care about you. if you don't make numbers for that week or month, they're threatening you. The workplace is very hostle and violates law on harassment.
