Deceitful and a total scam

Pros

Canvassing experience, fundraising experience, but not much else.

Cons

They lied to me, told me I would be in a field management position based on my past fieldwork experience. They require you to hit a daily quota and fire you within less than a week if you don't hit it. I didn't hit it, in part because of a physical disability which I was very transparent about - they refused to make accommodations or keep me hired; essentially they broke the law by discriminating against people with disabilities.

Not so progressive.

Pros

Good issues to work on. Sleep late. Good short term job. Good training for those who haven't worked before.

Cons

Run like a corporation except executives aren't well trained. They protect the company over the employee. Break workplace laws all the time. Cult like environment. Don't treat employees like children.

Quick Cash

Pros

This is a good job to try if you need quick cash and want to learn some skills to be a better communicator / marketer, however as a long term solution or job it is very hard to stay beyond 3 weeks, I was fired at the end of my 3rd week when I could not make 800, though I came close which is why I got to stay for 3 weeks. most people are fired after the first week. Pros: Hire Fast, Pay Every Friday, Friendly Staff, Offer 40 hours. A chance to learn and improve communication skills.

Cons

Very Hard to make staff and raise 160 everyday quota. Will be fired after 2 or 3 weeks if you cannot raise 800 in one week, which btw many staff often cannot make either. People who are not staff are fired left and right everyday if they cannot meet the requirements.
