Worst Environment Ever--Roseville

As previous reviewers have stated- very, VERY negative, intense work environment. During most of my tenure overtime was mandatory. Worked there almost a year, with a lot of overtime, yet was required to 'chat' to a team lead when going to get water or even go to the bathroom. Micromanagement does not even begin to explain what I dealt with, in a hostile work environment, as I was routinely "Chatted" by senior management at 6a.m. to follow on items a Manager should be handling. Btw, am a college graduate, type 70-plus words a minute, but NEVER been treated worse. Would not wish this company on my worst enemy. Due to staffing issues (& the aforementioned never ending mandated OT) they have already lost copious amounts of work from important customers and I believe through their mismanagement they will continue to lose work. If I could have selected less than one star for all categories for this company, I really would have. :( On a much more positive note, I believe garbage companies like this are easy to move on from and easy to leave in your rearview mirrow :)
