Pros
-Most coworkers are friendly and generally younger. -Benefits are pretty good for an hourly job (medical, dental, vision, life insurance), you accrue 3 hours of PTO every two weeks. -location in a great mountain town -higher hourly pay rates here than most businesses in the area
Cons
-each department/position is highly specialized, you do one thing all day long on repeat. Its extremely boring and tedious -management decisions/processes and corporate structure are poorly communicated. I've worked here over two months and still don't understand the difference in roles between my "manager" and "team lead". -MANDATORY overtime. You're required to work a certain amount of overtime hours each week as (somehow, still haven't gotten a straight answer) determined by some upper management. Since I started there has not been a single week with 0 overtime, with the majority of weeks requiring 7 hours OT.
