Pros

Clear Capital is a nugget in the Sierras.With their three locations of Truckee, Roseville and Reno, Clear Capital is a serious contender for technology folks looking for a different way of life. Clear Capital has great people, product and processes. I can't stress enough, the quality of people at the company. The SAAS offering has great opportunities ahead of it, allowing Clear Capital to disrupt the appraisal industry and a technology stack rivaling any Silicon Valley company.

Cons

It was my first experience with an open office environment, it was a challenge at first, but as I settled in, the benefits of collaboration showed itself.

Clear Capital seems committed to keeping an stable, year-round employer in Truckee and those of us who seek a professional and steady work environment appreciate that! Getting to live and work in Truckee is key to my quality of life. The people that work at Clear Capital are top notch and I'm grateful that there is an environment like this in such a small town.

Cons

As Clear Capital grows, it's difficult to know all of your fellow employees. It would be awesome if we could all be housed in one building and maybe have more team interaction.
