Company is in a huge growth spurt! Great pay when you look at the average rate for the job in other local companies. Friendly co-workes willing to help you at a moments notice. Personal desks and parachute chairs with lumbar support.

Cons

The pay is so bad that they pay better than other major companies in Sacramento for phone support. Company pays well and demands its employee's do their job. Work weeks are 40hrs and overtime when needed is voluntary and rarely happens. Because the company is growing new departments are being formed in the satellite offices temporarily. Company takes pride in offering employee's an ergonomic desk setup and encourages reporting concerns as they provide custom chair adjustments, wrist rests, etc to its employees. Really this company is just awful: Good Pay, teamwork, growth options... What more can you ask from a company?

What a wonderful caring company to work for! I spent 17 months working for this company and learned so much. Here finally stands a company that cares about it employees and customers. You are immediately made to feel like family as soon as u walk through the door. The atmosphere is one of excitement and joy, exactly wants it to be.

Cons

Honestly there are none that I can relay. An for most company's that is unusual.
