Pros

You can make as much in commission as you do in hourly wage. Easy job. Good initial training.

Cons

You have to try to sell everything (TV, landline - who the hell uses landlines anymore?- , and internet, which is usually all people want), even when people just don't want it all. Sometimes I'd rather just be human on the phone than be required to pitch home security without losing Quality Points. I also think coaches could do more one-on-one training in order to strengthen employees and help them become more independent in the long run.
