      Pros

      I have worked for a variety of different companies, but, until Clearlink, I had never had a job where I would show up to work and enjoy my time. The management here in Orem is awesome and I feel like they really care about how I'm doing both in and out of work. I have made a lot of really good friends on my sales team and sales floor as well which doesn't happen a lot in other job fields. The best thing about Clearlink though, is that you pretty much control what your paycheck will look like each week. The more motivated and focused you are the more you will make. The large amount of weekly and monthly incentives help out a ton too! That's what sets Clearlink apart from other companies in my opinion.

      Cons

      Honestly the issue I have working there is purely related to who I'm talking to on the phone. As a call center, you talk to a lot of different people and it's very easy to lose focus or motivation after a bad call. That's the toughest part to get through

      Pros

      Great environment, people, coaches, and incentives. Hard work pay off in the end. Literally. Weekly pay is awesome when you actually care about making money.

      Cons

      Performance based job. But, honestly not very hard to perform well when you use the call flow given to you.
