Lacks care for employees

Pros

Great place to start your career.

Cons

Clearlink fails when it comes to caring for their employees. For the last year they have overworked their tenure employees. There is not a work life balance like they publicly preach on LinkedIn. The leaders ask you to take on the work load of 3 employees without any increase in title or pay. The company has completely burned out their tenure employees and encourages them to look else where if they want more pay. Then brings in newer employees at the amount that the tenured employees requested. The company is very far behind when it comes to their pay scales and when meeting once a month to discuss these issues it is often a "fluff" meeting. Clearlink has the leaders to make the company great again but they lack the tools to see these visions through. I would not recommend this company to anyone who enjoys what they do.

Pros

- Director-to-VP leadership is very strong and involved with the processes and fostering growth - Successful transition to a remote-first environment; communication remained strong during my time - Perfect place for recent graduates and individuals looking to get off the ground in digital marketing - Great benefits and room for growth

Cons

- New C-level leadership doesn't seem to understand the culture that took years to develop. While it is a work space, it's important to understand why the focus on diversity, inclusion, and flexibility that the company built attracted so much talent for the past four years. And now it's time to reckon with why all that top-level talent left. - There tends to be way too much focus on planning and discussion, leading to way too many meetings. - While it isn't micro-management at all, there tends to be a slight level of distrust of employees in non-leadership roles.

Pros

Fellow Co-workers Semi Decent Work Life Balance Decent Benefits

Cons

The biggest problem with Clearlink are the managers on the executive level. Micro-management is so strong to the point that it is driving people away. Multiple former employees have told me that the primary reason they have left is because of this. Currently, I'm also looking to leave for the same reasons. The people that are supposed to be leading the company to success have no idea what they are doing and are very inexperienced. When I first started here, I thought the company was amazing. I would not recommend anyone to work here unless they want to get in and out quickly. There is also intense favoritism of departments. e.g. Performance marketing vs Consumer, Engineering vs Marketing. Sykes has completely interfered with and destroyed what used to be a great culture. There is significant lack of career advancement unless you are in the right groups or play politics. Meager raises. I cannot recommend Clearlink in it's current state.
