Pros

This was an environment where people could grow their careers and experience.

Cons

At the time that I worked there, the budgeting between Consumer and Brands teams was not equitable. The perks, time off, and flexibility were not consistent which I felt and noticed led to resentment from teams with more demanding work schedules in the same departments.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The inequity within various departments was real and has been transformed back to one Clearlink. We would love to talk more if you're interested you can reach out to hr@clearlink.com

Pros

You get paid every week.

Cons

This company is on the brink of going out of business and is desperate to stay open. They are so desperate they hired 40 extra reps so they could push out the vets so they could save money buy hiring cheaper labor. They would put people in tier one finals so they could take huge cuts of their commission. Actually the had 17 people in the tier one class to get the final dropped but had a second class immediately after. It's sad how poorly the sales representatives are treated and I would not recommend anyone to work here.

We are sorry to hear we did not deliver the exceptional employee experience we are constantly striving for. While our company continues to evolve with the constant change of the market, our business remains very strong - Clearlink was actually named as one of the fifty fastest-growing companies in Utah by Utah Business Magazine (Fast 50 awards) earlier this month. While we do offer many resources to help our sales representatives thrive in their career (coaching, employee development programs, advisors, offsite events), we are always looking for ways to improve. Please reach out to us at LoudAndClear@Clearlink.com so we can learn more about your specific experience.

Pros

Flexible work life. A few good people still left, who actually care about Clearlink and the direction it's going.

Cons

Working at Clealrink is like Playing Russian Roulette, Daily. Commission structures CONSTANTLY change, so people don't know how to maximize their opportunity. The turnover is insane. Management is constantly changing, so people never get to develop meaningful work relationships. C-Level executives are non existent, and/or checked out. Big decisions are made daily without getting smarter people involved. SVP's and VP's make the most confusing decisions I've ever seen. It's exhausting. You will not get promoted unless you are in the "Boys/Girls Club". There are a few major clicks, that if you aren't a part of, you're out.

We would like to hear more details of your feedback regarding your confusion around the changes in commission structure and communication with leadership. Many internal and external factors contribute to the need to update commission structure and we are always trying to make sure people are informed and have input.
